Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Humor Hood, we specialize in personalized and print-on-demand items, which means that we do not accept returns. However, we are fully dedicated to addressing any issues with your order by offering a refund or sending a replacement.

1. Incorrect or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you originally ordered, please reach out to us directly. We will promptly resolve the issue by providing your choice of a replacement or a refund.

2. Damaged Goods Due to Shipping:
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods due to shipping, there is no need to return the package. We will quickly process a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

3. Missing Items in Your Order:
If your order arrives with one or more items missing, we will be happy to ship out the missing piece. Please note that we require detailed photos for quality control purposes.

4. Quality Issues:
If the items in your order have quality problems (e.g., blurry printing, faded printing, etc.), we can either refund your purchase or, if you prefer, send you a new order.

REFUND POLICY

- Undeliverable Orders:
Refunds will not be granted for unsuccessful deliveries caused by customer errors in providing the shipping address or customer unavailability. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if the customer refuses to accept the package. We take measures to prevent errors by verifying shipping information with every customer through an order confirmation sent immediately after ordering.

- Dissatisfaction with Apparel Sizing and Colors:
Refunds or replacements will not be available for dissatisfaction related to apparel sizing and/or colors. Please consult our size chart on product pages before completing your purchase.

Policy Duration

Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 15 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if this 15-day period has elapsed.

FILING A CLAIM

To file a claim, please send an email to support@humorhood.com or use our contact form. Ensure your claim includes the following information:

- Order number
- Video or photo evidence showing the front, back, and packaging of the defective product(s)
- Full delivery address

Our dedicated support team will carefully review the photos/videos of the defective item you provide. If your item qualifies, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no extra charge. Please note that we do not allow modifications to replacement items.

In rare instances where sending a replacement is not feasible, we will reimburse you for the entire cost of the eligible product, including shipping expenses. Our return policy will not apply in the event of a force majeure situation, and we will provide official notice of such an event.
